    • Where will Synergize 2017 be held?

      Synergize 2017 will be held at the Palmer Events Center in Austin, TX.

    • Who will be attending Synergize?

      The Synergize User Summit is open to all NuPark customers and users. Synergize inspires industry professionals at all levels and from all parking sectors (higher ed, municipal, commercial, operator, etc.) to lead the discussion and sharing of ideas.

    • What is the dress code?

      Business casual attire. The average Austin temperature high will be 80 degrees and low of 59 degrees in October. While the summit and host hotel locations are within close proximity to each other, make sure to wear comfortable shoes. The evening events will be casual attire.

    • What is the conference schedule?

      Coming soon

    • Will any events be live-streamed or recorded for future viewing?

      There will not be any live-streaming or recording of Synergize as the summit is intended to engage attendees at the time of the sessions.

    • I have never attended Synergize before. Is there anything special I should know?

      Neither have we! Synergize 2017 will be the first annual user summit organized by NuPark and we welcome you to join us in making history. Specific information and tips about the conference will be emailed to attendees who register for Synergize, so rest assured you will be fully informed about the schedule and activities.

    • What does a full registration include?

      Full registration fees include access to kick-off networking mixer Sunday evening, Monday evening reception, and all general sessions on Monday, October 23, and Tuesday, October 24. Also includes light refreshments and two lunches.

    • Can I register my entire group?

      Yes, the registration system allows for a user to register multiple attendees. You will be asked to specify years in the industry, role, dietary requests, and basic contact information for each attendee.

    • May I just register for a one-day pass?

      While we encourage attendees to participate in the full two-day conference in order to take advantage of the full education and training that Synergize has to offer, we do offer one-day passes for $285/day.

    • What meals will be included in my registration?

      Please note that the host hotel Embassy Suites serves full breakfast buffet.

    • How can I specify dietary requests (vegan, food allergies)?

      The registration form for Synergize asks for any dietary requests. You can also reconfirm by emailing tiffany.yu@nupark.com.

    • Can I bring a guest?

      Synergize is dedicated to shoptalk and the customer community only. Guests are allowed to participate in the evening activities on Monday, October 23, for an additional $125 guest evening event cost.

    • If I bring additional staff, do I get a discount?

      Discounts are not offered for additional staff attending the conference.

    • What is the cancellation policy?

      Requests for cancellations can be made no later than September 23, 2017. The registration fee (minus a $100 administrative fee) will be refunded if cancellation is postmarked before September 23, 2017. Cancellations received after September 23, 2017, are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable; however, you may transfer a registration to another eligible attendee. Email tiffany.yu@nupark.com with questions.

    • What is the preferred hotel?

      NuPark has negotiated discount rates at Embassy Suites (located within 0.5 miles from the meeting venue at Palmer Events Center). For more information on the host hotel, please visit the Hotel & Transportation page.

    • How long are the host hotel rates available?

      The discounted hotel rates at Embassy Suites are available starting now until September 15, 2017. Make sure to book early!

    • Is the host hotel close to the location of the Synergize User Summit?

      Yes. Synergize will be held at the Palmer Events Center, which is located 0.5 miles from the host hotel, Embassy Suites. All activities, including evening events, will be within walking distance.

    • What transportation options are available if I need assistance from the hotel to the meeting venue?

      Limited courtesy transportation to the Palmer Events Center is available to guests staying at the Embassy Suites. Transportation needs to be prearranged, so please email tiffany.yu@nupark.com.

    • Can you recommend any Austin attractions if I'm coming in early or staying late?

      Synergize User Summit is taking place near downtown Austin. There are many attractions and activities nearby. Consult Austin's Visitors Bureau for ideas when planning your trip.
