NuPark and Denison Parking to Improve Patient Experience at St. Vincent Hospital

When you visit a hospital, the last thing you want is the hassle of parking being difficult to find. Patients arriving to St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN, are finding parking with no problems thanks to a partnership between St. Vincent, parking software provider NuPark, and parking facility manager Denison Parking. St. Vincent implemented a parking system powered by NuPark’s License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology. By ensuring that parking spaces intended for patients are kept open for them, St. Vincent solved one of their top customer service problems, which was negatively affecting their patient satisfaction scores.
