NuPark Appoints Andrew LaMothe to Manage West Coast Sales

SEATTLE, WA — Jan 23, 2017

 NuPark, leader of smart parking management solutions, today announced the appointment of Andrew LaMothe as Regional Sales Director.

LaMothe brings to NuPark more than 12 years of sales experience, including building and leading teams focused on technology solutions. He has been a reputable parking professional within the industry for the last five years and will assume responsibility for the sales operations on the West Coast.

Prior to joining NuPark, LaMothe served as Director of Sales and Business Development at PayByPhone, assisting in positioning the company as the premier mobile payments option on the West Coast of North America. He was previously Divisional Sales Manager for Sentry Control Systems overseeing sales for their Genetec LPR line. Prior to Sentry, he ran National Accounts for a company outside the parking industry. LaMothe earned his B.A. in Political Science and Managerial Communication from the University of Southern California.

Andrew is active in several parking organizations, currently serving as Chair for the National Parking Association's "NPA 40 under 40" networking group, Chair for the California Public Parking Association (CPPA)’s annual Wounded Warrior Golf Tournament, and Social Media Coordinator for the Southwest Parking & Transportation Association (SWPTA). Andrew has also authored several opinion articles such as “The Marriage of Apps for On-Street and Off-Street Parking: Creating Maximum Value”, “Mobile Payments for Parking: Hype or High Performance?”, and “Mobile Parking Payments: Going Main Stream and Transforming the Parking Landscape.”
